David Roscow, President of the Palm Beach town council, and his wife have a situation not unlike a lot of Floridians: they maintain a residence up north, as well. In the Roscow’s case, they also call Connecticut home.

Although David has installed many camera monitors at each of his homes, it stands to reason, that he is not always at his computer to utilize them. After searching some time for a solution to his inability to check in on his homes while on the go, he came across information on the MobileCamViewer, looked at the capabilities and decided to call the company. He had already decided in the positive when he called: “This system was absolutely perfect for me.”

The Roscows decided to install the application on each of their iPhones and David’s iPad. David says the MobileCamViewer has worked seamlessly with his Apple products. The application has given him great peace of mind, saving him time and worry. Though uses range from curiosity to true concern.

“I use MobileCamViewer on either the iPhone or the iPad every day. I look through all the cameras at both homes just to see that everything is in order, and I feel good about my property,” says David. “When I’m not at my home in Connecticut, it’s still nice to see that, because of the car parked in the driveway that one of our sons is at the house. I can zoom in and out very easily with the cameras that I have in each location. It’s fantastic because I can see much more of what’s going on at any time.”

David feels empowered in having equal control on both residences, even from hundreds of miles away from one or the other. For example, he knows that with a wind storm, he could call somebody and say: ‘… the place looks as if was pretty well damaged, please go down there and take care of it.’ Because of the MobileCamViewer, David is able to call a neighbor or friend and talk with some degree of knowledge of the situation, making any needed request from there. This potentially saves everybody a lot of time.

“The time-saving aspect of this alone is invaluable. It’s not hard, it’s just life and these things are little out-of-hand hassles that MobileCamViewer helps me to avoid.” David Rosow explains.

David also uses the MobileCamViewer in addition to another app, which allows him to see the forecast, most notably, one of threatening weather. He then knows he needs to cover up the family’s outdoor furniture etc. or if he needs to call a neighbor with the request.

“This application has been phenomenal. The MobileCamViewer really allows me to be more concious about looking at my security and what’s happening in my world. It’s helped my quality of life and I’m more confident about what’s going on at my homes. I don’t have games on my phone. I use it for applications that give me the ability to manage my life better, not to play games. This has helped me enormously.”
