Q: What is Phone2DVR?
Phone2DVR is an application through which you can view live video from your ICRealtime DVR on your mobile device:

Q: Will I be charged for the data when I use Phone2DVR?
- Yes, you will be charged by your cell phone carrier for the data unless you use a WiFi connection.
- Please check with your wireless carrier for suitable data plans and pricing.

Q: What is a port?
- A port is a "tunnel" through which the camera connects to the internet.
- Typically port #32789 is used for ICRealtime DVRs, but  you should check with ICRealtime or your product's instruction manual for the correct port number.

Q: What guarantees of privacy do I have?
- Your camera access passwords are encrypted, so only people who know your userID and password will have access to your information.
- Not even employees of ICRealtime can access your password

Q: Can anybody else see the feed from my camera?
- No. Only people whom you have provided your userID and password can access your video stream.
- Because your camera access passwords are encrypted, even the staff at ICRealtime cannot access your feed.

Q: Does ICRealtime store my video on their servers?
No we do not. Your video is be streamed to your mobile phone and never stored.

Q: What if I don’t have a phone signal in my area?
Phone2DVR is dependent upon the availability of phone/data service; therefore, a signal is necessary to use the application.
